AWS worker observations and existing Supabase app, review, and monitoring checks are included. Retired Supabase pipeline checks are marked as moved; missing AWS measurements remain unknown.

Clear now means the measured condition is absent. New checks retain state transitions and show their last clear time. Older senders may not retain recovery times. Unknown means a check failed or is stale. System coverage lists every condition from the review, including partial coverage and missing telemetry; these gaps are never counted as healthy.

Pending cron proposals are requests for a decision, not proof of an ongoing outage. Review them in the original email. Nightly scrape reports are informational and remain represented by the scraper detail below.
